Returns Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or size exchange.

Return conditions: the product must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

To request a return, email support@lipler.pl with your order number. We process refunds within 5–7 business days after receiving your parcel. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer.

In accordance with EU law, the right to return does not apply to hygienic products that have been unsealed.
