Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or size exchange.

Return conditions: the product must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@lipler.pl with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Under EU law, the right of return does not apply to hygiene products that have been unsealed.
